Why flat pricing instead of per-carer?
Most care software charges per carer, which means your bill grows every time you hire. We think that's backwards — you shouldn't be penalised for growing your team. One flat monthly price, no matter how many carers you add within your plan's staff limit.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date so you keep full access until then.
What happens when my trial ends?
After 14 days you can choose a paid plan or cancel. If you cancel, your data is kept safely for 30 days so you can export or reactivate without losing anything.
Is my data secure and private?
Each organisation gets its own dedicated PostgreSQL schema — your data is completely isolated from other customers. We use encrypted connections, daily backups, and are fully GDPR compliant with UK data storage.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your billing dashboard and you keep access until the end of your paid period.
What payment methods do you accept?
